I wonder too. Three weeks ago I gave Marine Servicenter the final check and we closed on the sale. As far as I can tell, they've barely started installing the final options for Penelope. I'm seriously regretting paying them in full. Right now they're telling me it won't be until the end of February that I'll see her. Deeply frustrating. I loved working with Kevin Dolan but at this point I hope no one makes the same mistake and chooses their boatyard to do any work.
